Jinggo Cooked Rice | Cultures of Denpasar

Jinggo Cooked Rice
For those of you who like a night out in Bali there are foods that I think is pretty good and cheap, named Jinggo cooked rice. Usually the merchant are open from 19.00 until midnight and the price is quite affordable price of Rp. 1500-2000.

Well, this is suitable to be made in the alternative dining in the evening, this Jinggo cooked rice wrapped with banana leaves and consists of:
- 1 handful of white rice
- 1 / 2 handheld sauce
- Noodles course
- several pieces of side dishes (chicken, fish, beef)
- A few strands of vegetable
- Nuts and pieces a small pieces of tempe

Long ago these foods can be on the market only in the mornings and only in consumption by the merchants alone, previously if we given a cooked rice Jinggo definitely do not want but now different! Jinggo cooked rice began bustling in interest since the monetary crisis hit Indonesia in 1997 and started that's when food is becoming an alternative food at night.
If you visit Bali, this food is worth the try.
